Equipment Overview:

Mnsz low-voltage draw out switchgear is a combined low-voltage switchgear assembled with standard modules (hereinafter referred to as the device). The device is applicable to the power supply and distribution system with AC 50 (60) Hz and rated working voltage of 380V and below. It is used for the control of power generation, transmission, power conversion box and power consumption equipment.

The device complies with iec60439-11999 Part V and GB7251 1-1997 national standard for low voltage switchgear and control equipment,

JB / t9661-1999 low voltage withdrawable switchgear sets.

Product features:

The device is a product developed in the late 1990s. After many improvements, it is now at the leading level in China.

Compact design: more functional units can be accommodated in a small space, and up to 36 8e / 4 drawer units can be installed.

Strong structural versatility and flexible assembly: the C-type material with 25mm module can meet the requirements of various structural forms, protection grade and service environment.

Adopt standard module design: it can form standard units such as protection, operation and transformation respectively. Users can choose and assemble them according to their needs. With more than 200 kinds of assembly parts, the frame structure and drawer unit of different schemes can be formed.

High safety: a large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used to effectively strengthen the protective safety performance, with anti arc design and personal safety guarantee of operators.

High technical performance: the main parameters have reached the contemporary international technical level.

The plate shall be cold plate or aluminum zinc coated plate, and the cabinet body shall be maintenance free.

It is convenient to update and improve the equipment.

Service conditions:

The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 10 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than + 35 ℃.

Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃. At a lower temperature, a large relative humidity is allowed, such as 90% at + 20 ℃. However, considering that humidity condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes.

For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

The device is suitable for the transportation and storage process of the following temperatures: - 25 ℃ to + 55 ℃, and can reach + 70 ℃ in a short time (no more than 24h). Under these extreme temperatures, the device conditions shall not suffer any irreparable damage.

If the above service conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate for settlement.

When the unit is used with offshore drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement shall be signed.
