Product introduction:

Ky-zdgc-z handcart type mining general high-voltage vacuum power distribution device is mainly used in the power supply system of underground central substation, underground car yard, main ventilation duct and main ventilation duct power distribution chamber in underground gas-free and coal dust explosion place. It is used for power distribution, protection and control of three-phase AC 50Hz voltage 6kV or 10KV electric and gas equipment. It can also be used for direct starting or step-down starting of high-voltage motor for underground fan and water pump through dry reactance. It is also applicable to the control of coal mine ground substation, ventilator and winch, including metallurgy, chemical industry and other power supply systems.

Product structure:

1. The switch cabinet is indoor enclosed type with protection grade of IP40, which meets the provisions of gb12173 general electrical equipment for mining.

2. The basic structure is a thin-walled structure made of thin steel plate or aluminum zinc coated plate.

3. The switch cabinet is a rectangular box. The box is divided into handcart room, instrument room, cable room and bus room by partition in the middle of the box. The instrument room is equipped with all control and indication instruments. The handcart room is equipped with handcart, plug-in contact base and grounding plug; There are three conducting bars in the bus room, which are fixed on the box insulator as through bus; The cable room is equipped with bell mouth, varistor or resistance capacitance absorption device for cable introduction, and zero sequence current transformer can be installed according to different needs. The cable room is also equipped with small horn. Users can introduce control line to realize remote control. The lower part of the front of the box is the quick opening door of the hand abundant room, which is equipped with mechanical closing operation handle, circuit breaker, mechanical opening and closing indicator, mechanical opening button, etc.

4. Mechanical and electrical interlocking devices are installed in the switch cabinet to ensure the sequence of operation and "five prevention" safety, namely:

-When the handcart is in the maintenance position or between the working position and the test position, the circuit breaker cannot be closed.

-The handcart door cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is closed.

When the front door is opened, the control and control instrument panel can be moved outside the box shell through the rotating shaft folding structure for inspection and maintenance. After opening the rear upper cover plate, the electrical equipment in the bus room and cable room can be repaired.
